I thought Devon Alexander looked extremely good in stopping Urango. Suddenly a match with him and Tim Bradley is right at the top of my wish list.

My thoughts exactly, Alexander/Bradley is the fight to make at 140 lbs, although I think Alexander is a notch ahead, potentially, and if the right dedication is maintained, he could go down as one of the better jr-welterweights, well at least in the era of post Kostya Tszyu. A very impressive showing it was.

a Very very impressive performance, i thought Urango was going to come on and start to wear down alexander.
Very impressive.
I must say did Alexander do Tim bradley a favour? Well stylewise? Because i can see bradley fighting well against urango but getting hurt on the inside, but since Alexander put urango out of the question bradley does not need to fight urango.
I must say i still feel as though bradley is the top dog with alexander barking right behind

Re: Alexander vs Urango (spoiler)
alexander v bradley is going to be a good solid fight
i'd probably give the edge to alexander on handspeed and boxing skills but bradley is very determined and he will be in your face all night also he showed in his last fight that he is a very good boxer that can mix it up abit which is so vital when you are fighting at that level
it's a real pick em fight but i think i'd go with Alexander that uppercut he hit urango with was something special he looks to me to be the best at that weight division bar bradley and khan
lol at zab judah jumping in the ring after the fight trying to do a Mosley he's just looked like a punk
Alexander would stop him in less than 8 rounds i hate to call someone as good as zab a quitter but his fights speak for themselves

Re: Alexander vs Urango (spoiler)
Good performance and I think he might beat Bradley as his handspeed and uppercut would be serious problems for Tim, similar to Bradley's fight against Holt. However, I think Alexander would struggle against Khan type fighter as he would not have a reach or speed advantage which has helped him in his recent step up in class.
For me one of the top guys needs to take on Maidana. I know he is Khan's mandatory (not sure how he qualified to be interim Champ, lost to real champ and then goes on to fight for this 'interim' title while real champ loses belt) but for his own credibility I think Maidana should be looking to fight for a full title and not wait around to pick up a vacant strap.
