Keith Kizer, the director of the Nevada State Athletic Commission has stated that
both Manny Pacquiao and Floyd Mayweather Jr have been found negative of any illegal
substances or performance enhancing drugs after undergoing urine tests.
The two fighters couldn't agree on the terms set by Mayweather that Pacquiao undergo Olympic style drug testing which takes blood as well as urine samples however Manny would not agree to do the randomized testing as he believes that in the past taking blood before a fight has left him weak and because of that the mega-fight fell through.
Pacquiao is set to face Joshua Clottey in March and Golden Boy are looking to set up a Mayweather fight also in that month but may wait until June to negotiate a fight with Shane Mosley should he beat Andre Berto on the 30th of this month.
